General Hospital spoilers (GH) for November 20-22 feature a Thanksgiving week Port Charles will never forget–and that includes the Qs as usual, but first things first.
The Jasons Need A Home
The Jasons (Steve Burton and Billy Miller) are still trying to convince Port Charles of who they are, but most people seem pretty sure the one with the original face is the real deal.
Original Jason is forced to face moments from his past, and Carly (Laura Wright) is going around blaming everyone for this big mess.
Eventually, they have to put it all aside for Thanksgiving and Carly opens her home to Original Jason and Oscar’s mom, while Chatty Jason turns to Monica.
The pair have grown close over the last two years, and he needs someone to accept him now.
The relationship is like that of Monica (Leslie Charleson) and the young man she raised and welcomes this other Jason into the Q mansion and her life.
Monica’s Home Invaded
Of course, Monica also has to contend with a new resident this Thanksgiving.
She no longer has Tracy (Jane Elliot) around, but she does have Tracy’s daughter-in-law and that can cause enough trouble as Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) wants to make Thanksgiving about her own traditions.

The Anna and Finn Caper
Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) is still causing trouble in town and testing out some waters just as Finn (Michael Easton) seeks out Anna (Finola Hughes). Does Cassandra worry him? Could she suspect something isn’t on the up and up about her doctor?
EXPOSED???
Over in Man Landers land, Nathan (Ryan Paevey) comes under fire now that some big secrets are out. Spoilers also reveal that Felicia (Kristina Wagner) shares way too much information. Uh-oh!
