General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, November 22 promise both a heartbreaking and heartwarming day in Port Charles as families celebrate Thanksgiving with a cloud of confusion over it all.
That Yearning Feeling Inside
Sam (Kelly Monaco) is shocked to see the face she married in 2011 at her door, and he just wants to know what to do. After seeing Robin (Kimberly McCullough) and realizing Sam might need time, Original Jason still had no ability to stay away.
Poor Sam doesn’t know what he should do because she doesn’t know what she should do. She just wants safety and a family and thought she found that.
Poor Chatty Jason
The man Sam now calls Jason (Billy Miller) doesn’t know what to make of his little identity crisis.
His mind is sure he is Jason Morgan, but nobody else seems sure.
The last time he saw Monica (Leslie Charleson), she told him he’d always be her son, but that’s before she saw the man wearing her son’s face.
Will this new, Chatty Jason find a friend in Monica no matter what? Spoilers reveal he turns to her tomorrow because he may not feel he has anything or anyone left.

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has another Thanksgiving at her house that may or may not go very well. She attempts to make some amends, but that seems to involve Dr. Bensch (James DePaiva) doing some cooking.

And oh yes, there’s a little matter of a hidden pregnancy test. It’s been about a week in real time now and Lulu (Emme Rylan) wants to know–is Maxie (Kirsten Storms) pregnant or not?
