The General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, February 18, 2026, focus on Willow making a revelation to Nina. Meanwhile, Brook Lynn counsels Spinelli, Lulu opens up to Laura, and Nathan confides in Dante.

Key Takeaways

  • Willow shares a major truth with Nina that could shift their mother-daughter dynamic.
  • Brook Lynn offers guidance to an uneasy Spinelli as emotions run high.
  • Lulu, Nathan, and Dante all open up, setting the stage for complicated connections.

Willow Opens Up

Apparently, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) makes a revelation to Nina (Cynthia Watros). There’s a lot that Willow has been holding back from her mother, including serious crimes. Who knows? Maybe she will actually admit to attempting to kill Drew (Cameron Mathison) and/or being responsible for his current state.

It’s unclear how Nina would react if this happened. She would probably be very worried about Willow, but she might also understand, since it’s Drew. Nina’s a wild card like that.

More Opening Up

Brook Lynn and Spinelli

There’s a lot of confiding going on in Port Charles on Wednesday. First, look for Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) to counsel Spinelli (Bradford Anderson). She has to know that he is feeling insecure about his place in Maxie’s life now that she has woken up from her coma.

He knows his relationship with Maxie (Kirsten Storms) is good, but this is Nathan (Ryan Paevey). Hopefully, Brook Lynn can share some words of wisdom. And if she can’t, then maybe she can tell Spinelli that Nathan may not be a problem after all. That she learned Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Nathan have feelings for each other. Not sure Brook Lynn would go there, but it’s an option.

LuLu and Laura

Speaking of Lulu, she opens up to Laura (Genie Francis), which she seems to do just about every other week. This time, she has the added information that Maxie is no longer in a coma.

This makes her feelings for Nathan very real, but also very inconvenient. She might want to forget about anything happening between her and Nathan. Laura had better dig deep and help her daughter figure out what to do next.

Nathan and Dante

Don’t count Nathan out. He’ll do some opening up of his own, too. But he will have to be careful with his words. According to the weekly teasers, Nathan confides in Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). If he hasn’t come face-to-face with Maxie yet, maybe he’s nervous about seeing her again and wants tips on reconnecting.

Dante can give Nathan tips on how to deal with an ex-wife who comes out of a coma. One piece of information the cop won’t be confiding? His feelings for Dante’s ex-wife, Lulu. This is getting messy.

More Words of Wisdom

It appears that Kristina (Kate Mansi) tries to do damage control on Wednesday when she encourages Cody (Josh Kelly). The guy stupidly read two chapters of Molly’s book, then expressed his dissatisfaction at her male lead character, who was obviously inspired by him. He didn’t like the way she saw him, but didn’t bother to read the rest of the book to see how his character evolved.

Molly (Kristen Vaganos) tried to tell him, but he didn’t listen. He chose to live in his anger and insecurities. Kristina helped start this whole thing by sending Molly’s book to her sister’s literary agent, who thinks the book could be a hit. Unfortunately, Molly says she doesn’t want to publish her novel. She’d rather choose real-life love. So now it’s up to Kristina to try and fix things.
