The General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, February 17, 2026, focus on Tracy, who has some choice words for Sidwell. Is Deception at stake here? Also, Laura surprises Alexis, and Ric questions Sonny.
Key Takeaways
- Tracy clashes with Sidwell.
- Laura catches Alexis off guard with an unexpected surprise.
- Ric questions Sonny while tensions ripple through Port Charles.
Formidable Opponents
If Tracy (Jane Elliot) has words for Sidwell (Carlo Rota), this may mean that the focus is shifting back to Deception. Lately, the company has taken a back seat. Maxie (Kirsten Storms) has been in a coma, but she’s now awake. Lucy (Lynn Herring) and Sidwell’s relationship momentarily imploded, but now she’s pretending to be okay with Sidwell spending time with her and Ava (Maura West) in order to get her revenge. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Tracy have had other things taking up their time and attention.
But Deception’s fortunes are connected to Sidwell, and maybe Tracy remembers that this is something she doesn’t want. As we all know, she’s never one to hold back. Whatever the two do talk about, we’ll see how much patience Sidwell has for Tracy’s viciousness. He has been known to have a short fuse when he doesn’t get what he wants. Just ask Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Laura (Genie Francis).
Questions and Admissions
In other news, Ric (Rick Hearst) and Sonny are half-brothers with a notoriously contentious relationship. However, recently, things have thawed. Sonny keeps tapping into Ric’s legal eagle side. He represented Rocco (Finn Carr) and helped broker a resolution to the Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael (Rory Gibson) custody battle. But a couple of things are worrisome.
The teasers hint that Ric questions Sonny. And in the video sneak peek at the end of Friday’s episode, Carly (Laura Wright) says this: “Sonny insists that Ric doesn’t have an agenda, but I don’t buy it.” What agenda does Carly think Ric has? And why does Ric question Sonny?
Currently, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) has a lot on his mind, including whether he should accept the permanent position of police commissioner. Anna (Finola Hughes) is out of commission, and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) doesn’t want the job. He’s also waiting on the DA’s office to make a decision about whether or not to charge Michael with attempted murder.
On Tuesday, Dante makes an admission to Michael. Hopefully, he doesn’t tell Michael he thinks he is guilty for shooting Drew (Cameron Mathison). Hopefully, he says exactly the opposite.
Elsewhere in Port Charles
Finally, Laura surprises Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), and Lucas (Van Hansis) is adamant. Lucas is in a world of trouble. He recently eavesdropped on Sidwell and Marco’s (Adrian Anchondo) private conversation. And he learned that his relationship is based on lies and crimes. Marco knows the details of his father’s criminal doings, and he also takes part in them.
If Lucas is adamant, he may try and tell Marco what he’s learned. And on top of that, he may tell his boyfriend that they’re over and that he’s moving out of Wyndemere. If Lucas comes clean with Marco, how will he react?
