Willow: She is in for a Shocker
Congresswoman Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) has such a busy schedule these days. How does she do it? She has political business to tend to now that she has taken over her husband’s seat.
The woman cares for her kids 40% of the time. She has to make sure Drew (Cameron Mathison) remains in his semi-upright and totally locked-in position. She has to come to the aid of Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard). And she has to do Sidwell’s bidding or else.
On Wednesday, there’s one more thing added to her very full plate. She comes to a shocking realization. Hopefully, this will mean she finds out that someone unexpected knows she is the one who shot Drew. Will this realization pertain to her, or will she stumble upon somebody else’s secret?
Sidwell: Can’t Stop His Controlling Ways
With Marco’s death, Sidwell (Carlo Rota) seems to be stepping up his vengeful plans. He has vowed to finish what he didn’t do when his son was still alive: get revenge on Sonny (Maurice Benard) and make him suffer. He’ll do whatever it takes and leverage whoever the hell he wants to get it done.
Look for him to issue new orders. Who’s his target this time? Willow, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), and Laura (Genie Francis) are in this episode, so maybe it’s one of them. In fact, the weekly teasers suggest that Laura’s suspicious. So maybe it is her. If it is, there’s no way she will be able to bend to Sidwell’s shady plans much longer. She’s already at her wits’ end.
Brennan: Cranks up the Heat on Nina
Brennan (Chris McKenna, who recently gave fans an awesome treat) is probably the most frustrated we have ever seen him. The WSB has hidden Jason (Steve Burton) away, and he can’t seem to find out where, which is totally unusual for him. He just had a big blowout with Carly (Laura Wright) because he can’t deliver her BFF to her on a platter. And Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) continues to elude him.
He apparently feels he can do something about that. It’s time for him to circle back to Nina (Cynthia Watros), who said she could get intel out of Charlotte (Bluesy Burke). Brennan wants to know where Valentin is. And so he loses patience with Nina. Whatever he does as a result could be very bad news for Nina and Willow.
Little does he know that all he needs to do is head over to Carly’s house. Valentin is right there.
Lucas and Britt: Compare Notes
While Nathan (Ryan Paevey) issues a warning, Lucas (Van Hansis) and Britt connect the dots. They have each experienced recent losses. Marco (Adrian Anchondo) died, and the WSB took Jason somewhere they will never tell. The doctors have gone from enemies to allies, but who knows? Maybe they will actually develop a friendship.
For the moment, neither of them knows about Rocco’s part in that insanely chaotic night that landed Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) in the hospital and Marco in the morgue.
