While his two most recent roles are on opposite sides of the spectrum, what with Colin Atkinson wanted by the law on The Young and the Restless and Robert Scorpio representing the law as the new DA on General Hospital, Tristan Rogers gets to show a wide range of emotions. But in real life, he’s enduring an emotion he’s had to experience way too much lately.
Tristan Rogers Suffers Further Heartbreak
The beloved soap star revealed some very sad news on social media on Friday. Two months after losing his beloved bulldog, Willy, who died the day after his own birthday, the actor has now suffered another devastating loss.
“Ollie, the last of our precious bullies was found dead this morning. Now they’re all gone. Hope they’re all together,” he tweeted. It is so hard to lose our furry family members and it’s even worse when we have to come home to an empty house after having a couple of them. It has to be incredibly sad for him during this time.

An Outpouring of Love and Support
But fellow animal lover and longtime GH co-star, Jacklyn Zeman (Bobbie), has certainly dealt with more than her share of losing beloved dogs over the years. She reached out to the actor on Twitter, responding to his post saying, “Tristan, I am so sorry for your loss. God Bless. Love to you and Teresa and all the family.”
Many, many fans joined Zeman in trying to show their love and support for Rogers on this loss, telling him about the Rainbow Bridge (where we get to see our animals again after passing ourselves), as well as sharing their own recent losses of their beloved pets.
