Tajh Bellow Talks Fitness For Wellness Wednesday
You may not find a lot of physical fitness posts on his Instagram, however, Bellow, an avid hiker, employs the social media platform Twitter to show just how he stays in shape. The actor’s co-stars including Maurice Benard (Sonny) and Jackie Zeman (Bobbie) have been featured on Soap Hub’s Wellness Wednesdays. Now, it’s time to read Bellow’s insights on physical and mental well-being.
Soap Hub: What is your “go-to” activity for health and wellness?
Tajh Bellow: Hiking! Being surrounded by nature, while raising my heart rate is the best combination. And if you’re hiking for a long enough period of time, it becomes meditative!
Soap Hub: Why is staying well important to you?
Tajh Bellow: Wellness is important to me, because it’s essential to living a quality life.
Soap Hub: What do you do to keep a positive outlook?
Tajh Bellow: I do my best to keep a healthy mind by being ‘present’ as often as possible. Smelling the air, actively listening, feeling the wind across my face and the earth beneath my feet.
Soap Hub: Do you have a workout tip?
Tajh Bellow: Yes. Breathe! Everything in life is connected to breath. I would say the best tip I can offer is simply to breathe!
Check out Bellow’s social media posts below in which he can be seen hiking with his dog, Kuma, an American Akita (even giving the pup a lift when necessary), showing a killer serve on the tennis court, and lifting weights!
