Thinking she should stay with Drew on General Hospital, Sam needed to have a reason why she and Jason were divorcing.
After all, the man you love finally returns from the dead, what little box is there to check off for that? Sam (Kelly Monaco) was at a loss, but of course, Jason (Steve Burton) was able to come up with something and save the day. Perhaps that should have been a sign for Sam.
