Should Sasha Run? Or Has Michael Met His Match On General Hospital?

They were both kind of wandering aimlessly around General Hospital, nothing to do, no one to talk to but their crazy parents and pseudo-parents, no love interest… so, sure, why not, let’s test out how Michael and Sasha would work together!

He’s Carly’s (Laura Wright) baby boy, who went through three different dads before he was even out of diapers and ended up being raised by Sonny (Maurice Benard), who killed Michael’s bio dad and got the tween shot in the head.

The resulting coma changed Michael (Chad Duell) from red-headed middle-schooler to a sandy-haired teen.

Now, Michael is mourning the death of his son, Jonah, not knowing that Nelle (Chloe Lanier) actually passed the newborn over to Brad (Parry Shen) to raise with Lucas (Ryan Adams).

Sasha (Soffia Massttesson), meanwhile, is pretending to be Nina’s (Michelle Stafford) long-lost daughter, while in cahoots with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). Really. That’s all she’s got going for her. So, why not hook her up with Michael? Almost 12,000 fans weighed in.

Stay Away
Not feeling it, 57% yawn. He’s dull, she’s dull, together, there is some serious math going on here. The fact is, while we know more about Michael that we may want to, we actually know nothing about Sasha.

Maybe if we learned more about why she was working with Valentin, or what she really wants, we’d care. Then again, does Michael need to hook up with yet another schemer?

Also, sometimes his girlfriends end up dead, and this curse is a bit of a turn-off. Should someone tell Sasha?

When 46% of the audience looks at Sasha, they see…a young Carly. And you know how boys like to hook up with women who remind them of their mothers.

Michael may not need to hook up with yet another schemer, but he at least he has practice. Sasha is just what fate prescribed!
