After reports last week that Roger Howarth’s contract negotiations with General Hospital (GH) were headed south, it now looks like the actor and the show have worked things out.
According to Soap Opera Digest, Howarth just inked a brand-new deal with GH. While there’s no word on the length of the contract, it looks like we’ll have Franco around for at least another year.
Howarth joined the soap in 2012 playing Todd Manning, his One Life to Live character who moved to Port Charles. When ABC lost the rights to OLTL characters, he took over the role of Franco Baldwin from James Franco.
Now that ABC again owns the rights to All My Children and OLTL, is there a possibility of Todd returning to PC, giving Howarth a dual role?
Remember, anything can happen on a soap.
