In the July 29 episode of General Hospital, Willow was on cloud nine since she was finally free from Drew and didn’t pay for a single thing she did to him. Willow wasted no time channeling the powerful woman she feels she is in an exchange with Michael over the kids.

Key Takeaways

  • Willow remains drunk with power.
  • Michael became her next target.
  • The one thing neither of them saw coming will change everything.

Nothing Can Stop Willow Now

Once Michael (Rory Gibson) learned that Drew (Cameron Mathison) was back and mobile, he made a beeline for Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). There was no way Michael planned to allow Wiley (Viron Weaver) and Amelia (Sienna Goerisch) near Drew.

The last thing Michael expected when he confronted Willow about custody was for her to reveal she planned to divorce Drew. In fact, she revealed that since Drew was out of her life, she wanted more time with her kids.

Michael balked at Willow’s demand for 50/50 custody of the kids. In true Corinthos and Quartermaine fashion, Michael doubled down on his stance, but Willow wasn’t scared at all.

Willow and Michael Are Headed to Court

Flying high from getting away with all of her crimes, Willow asserted her new power and confidence against Michael. Willow declared all the reasons why she would be considered a better parent to a judge.

Those reasons included Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) alleged business and Michael’s hooker girlfriend, Jacinda (Paige Herschell). Willow oozed confidence as she goaded Michaell into a custody battle.

Michael fumed on his way out as Willow gloated to a picture of Wiley and Amelia that she had won, and there was nothing Michael could do about it. Little does Willow know, she’s dead wrong on that front.

The Obstacle Willow Never Saw Coming

Willow has gotten away with so many crimes that she believes that nothing and no one can touch her. Aside from the fact that Drew’s so coming for her, Trina (Tabyana Ali) has grown determined to find a way to expose Willow’s dirty little secrets.

Lucky for Michael, Trina and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) made a plan to help him out. Once Trina fills Michael in on what she and Kai know, Willow won’t have as much of an upper hand as she thinks.

Granted, Willow won’t see it that way without proof, which would essentially have Kai and Trina admitting to breaking into Drew’s house and more. However, it doesn’t mean Michael can’t use the information to beat Willow at her own game.

The simple fact is that Willow has become so cocky that it’s only a matter of time before she gets what’s coming to her. What that looks like remains to be seen, but now that she has declared war on Michael again, she should be worried.

Willow feels so untouchable that she doesn’t realize that having Michael and Drew as enemies isn’t going to end well for her.
