Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) tearfully confessed to Nina (Cynthia Watros) that she kissed Drew (Cameron Mathison) on Fourth of July. Nina later called Drew to her office and slapped him for kissing her daughter. Jason (Steve Burton) arrived at Elizabeth’s (Rebecca Herbst) house and had a sweet father-son moment with Jake (Hudson West) where he apologized for his mistakes and offered to pay his tuition. Anna (Finola Hughes) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) woke up in bed together and she stole his phone to hand over to Jason. Later, Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) came home and apologized to Anna for everything that happened between them.

Nina tore into Drew for what he did. Willow visited Sonny (Maurice Benard) to talk about Nina, and Sonny later made amends with his ex-wife. Ava (Maura West) tried getting John (Adam Harrington) on her side of things with Sonny. Lois (Rena Sofer) told Gio (Giovanni Mazza) that she got him a job playing violin back home, but he told her he enjoyed Port Charles too much to leave. Anna decided to hand Valentin’s phone over to Jason.

Gio opened up to Josslyn (Eden McCoy) about the violinist gig Lois scored him, while Lois told Carly (Laura Wright) about what happened to Gio’s parents. Jason handed the evidence over to John (Adam Harrington). Anna told Valentin she loves him before he fled with Charlotte just before John and the FBI barged down his door.

Carly and Jason enjoyed a beer on the footbridge and discussed what comes next now that Jason is free from the FBI. Cody (Josh Kelly) opened up to Tracy (Jane Elliot) about Mac (John J. York) until a mysterious guest showed up at the stables. Chase (Josh Swickard) and Dex (Evan Hofer) bonded at the PCPD over the job, their fathers, and their favorite baseball teams. Nina forced Dewitt (Dieterich Gray) to apologize to Kristina and Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) before she offered them media training for their upcoming joint interview. Natalia and Sonny pitched their independent record label idea to Brook Lynn (Brook Lynn), who agreed as long as things are done on her terms.

When Joss found Trina’s (Tabyana Ali) missing turtle dove, she broke down over her grief about Spencer (ex-Nicholas Alexander Chavez). Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) offered encouragement to Cody about Mac. Laura (Genie Francis) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) visited Lulu and shared a heartfelt moment. Tracy did some bonding with Gio. Still on the footbridge, Carly and Jason debated whether they should explain everything to Sonny.
