The Quartermaine family gathered in the living room, discussing Jagger’s death, while Tracy ranted about someone violating her bed. Lois reminded her about their guests, and Tracy was horrified. Olivia made light of the situation, mispronouncing “croissant” with a Brooklyn accent, which a newly arrived woman named Robin corrected. Robin introduced herself as a dialect coach hired by Tracy to smooth out Lois’ accent, which offended Lois and her daughter, Brook Lynn.

Meanwhile, Joss returned home after staying at Dex’s and was shocked to hear from Gio that Carly had spent the night with Sonny. Joss confronted Olivia, who confirmed it was true, leaving Joss upset and storming off. Carly later told Sonny she wouldn’t continue to help with the alibi regarding Cates’ murder, though she agreed to keep him out of jail for their daughter’s sake.

Elsewhere, Diane informed Alexis that Ava had recanted her statement, but Kristina showed little remorse over Cates’ death, raising Alexis’ concerns. At the hospital, TJ and Liz cared for an unconscious Isaiah while an undercover agent attempted to ensure he never woke up, following orders from Sidwell.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy, Ned, Brook Lynn, and Olivia watched as Lois received a speech lesson. After the lesson ended, Lois, now speaking without her usual accent, assured them the session was enlightening. Everyone was surprised, and Olivia demanded the accent be restored, while Lois insisted she was fine, likening her new voice to newscasters. Brook Lynn expressed her concern, but Lois reassured her that she was adjusting and having fun with it, even dropping the new accent briefly to thank her daughter.

Meanwhile, Tracy was astonished by Lois’ transformation and praised Robin for her teaching. Robin explained Lois was an excellent student and then left, promising to stay in touch.

At the hospital, CSI agents photographed Isaiah’s tattoo while Sidwell’s man watched from a distance. Dante arrived with news of a cracked phone found at the crime scene, which matched the John Doe’s prints. He informed Jordan that the phone had a serial number registered in Nairobi, the same place Laura and Kevin had traveled.
