A few beloved characters said goodbye to Port Charles, while others may be forced to say goodbye to relationships.

Monday, October 21, 2024
Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) told Cody (Josh Kelly) about Sam (Kelly Monaco) turning out to be Lulu’s donor and confided in his friend about his love for both women, while Sam informed the fathers of her children, Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Jason (Steve Burton), about her plans to be Lulu’s donor.
Laura (Genie Francis) and Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) found out that a blood clot could make Lulu’s surgery more risky, and it would be up to Sam whether she wanted to go through with it or not, especially since no surgeon at GH had ever operated in a situation like this. That was when Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) convinced Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) to be his sister’s surgeon, while Lucas (Van Hansis) became suspicious about Lulu’s ventilator malfunction.
The news of Sasha’s (Sofia Mattson) paternity began to travel through Port Charles and Holly (Emma Samms) finally visited Robert (Tristan Rogers), who was already well aware, while Sasha confided in Maxie (Kirsten Storms) about her mother’s constant lies and cons.
Violet (Jophielle Love, who has left GH) had one final tea party and said goodbye to Tracy (Jane Elliot) before leaving to be with her dad.

After Maxie and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) visited Sam in the hospital and wished their friend luck, Maxie admitted to Spinelli that Lulu was still in love with Dante before her accident.
At The Savoy, Curtis (Donnell Turner) threw Marshall (Robert Gossett) a going away party, but when Ric (Rick Hearst) found out that Heather (Alley Mills) was being released, he crashed it and broke the news to everyone.
Elsewhere, Anna (Finola Hughes) confronted Holly about Sasha before Holly paid Sonny (Maurice Benard) an unexpected visit, and Nina (Cynthia Watros) suspected that Ava (Maura West) was falling for Ric.
Wednesday, October 23, 2024
After some back and forth, Sonny finally agreed to help Holly with her diamonds.
Meanwhile, at The Savoy, Ric’s announcement sent shockwaves through the Ashford family, causing a rift between Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ (Tajh Bellow) and forcing Curtis to jump into action for his daughter.
As for Trina (Tabyana Ali), she fearfully returned home alone while Josslyn (Eden McCoy) spent the night with Dex (Evan Hofer), but was joined by Gio (Giovanni Mazza), who convinced her to let him sleep on the couch to secretly make her feel safe.

As Sam geared up to head into surgery, she was visited by Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), her kids, Dante, Rocco (Finn Francis Carr), and Sonny. Just as she was about to be wheeled away, Jason showed up to wish her well.
Meanwhile, Curtis tracked down Steve (Scott Reeves) and asked him to get Heather out of town once she’s released. When Elizabeth arrived to pick her up at Pentonville, they were both surprised when they saw Steve.

After Sasha and Robert got the DNA test results back and learned they are father and daughter, Sasha went venting to Nina (Cynthia Watros) while Robert broke the news to Diane that he has a daughter with Holly. Meanwhile, Holly tried getting Cody out of town, and when Sasha showed up and lashed out at her, Cody wondered what was going on.
While Sam’s and Lulu’s surgeries went underway at GH, Elizabeth caught up with Steve, who managed to convince Heather to move to Arizona with him.
