Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) used her rights as Michael’s (Chad Duell) proxy to try and regain custody of her children. Nina (Cynthia Watros) took Sonny (Maurice Benard) aside, hoping to negotiate a compromise, while Carly (Laura Wright) quickly realized that Drew (Cameron Mathison) was the one behind Willow’s actions.

Sonny ultimately decided that the children needed their mother and allowed Willow to have them back so they could focus on their son, who was on the verge of a heart attack. Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) took a risk and injected Michael’s IV with a medication that counteracts digitalis and managed to stabilize him.

Elsewhere, Trina (Tabyana Ali) joined Stella (Vernee Watson) for a yoga session, where she learned that Stella had become good friends with Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) in their class. Later, Stella visited Tracy (Jane Elliot) and opened up about grieving Baby Irene. Tracy then revealed that she was worried about Monica (the late Leslie Charleson).

Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) tried to gather information on Cyrus (Jeff Kober) from someone the former drug lord volunteers with, but when Josslyn (Eden McCoy) overheard, the two swapped information about Cyrus. Joss told him all about Cyrus’ bell-ringing, and Lucky took his findings to Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucas (Van Hansis), realizing that Cyrus had to be behind all of the deaths at GH. Meanwhile, Josslyn arrived at the PCPD and requested Anna (Finola Hughes) arrest Cyrus for Dex’s (ex-Evan Hofer) stabbing.

Lulu (Alexa Havins) sought Tracy’s help to find her daughter, but their conversation was interrupted by Martin (Michael E. Knight), who brought up Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) new arrangement regarding the kids. While Tracy refused to let the children go with Willow, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) went straight to the gatehouse and had it out with her.

Back from Prague, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) arrived at GH to comfort his father while Jason (Steve Burton) suggested Carly (Laura Wright) send Michael (Chad Duell) to the clinic that treated Ava’s (Maura West) burns. Felicia (Kristina Wagner) interrupted with shocking news — they’d been barred from Michael’s room.

Lucky and Elizabeth decided to have dinner at the Port Charles Grille, hoping to gather information on their waiter, Cyrus. But their plans changed when Cyrus was brought into the PCPD on Anna’s orders. She questioned him about the night of Dex’s stabbing, but when she released him, Josslyn went off, demanding Cyrus be arrested for his actions and inadvertently tipping him off.

After Sonny attempted to convince Tracy to let Willow have the kids, Jason showed up and tried his hand. However, Tracy brought up how much it would break Monica’s heart. Jason couldn’t bring himself to go against his mother, so Sonny stormed out and experienced another a-fib episode before leaving.

Carly reached out to Brennan (Charles Mesure) for help getting Michael into the clinic that treated Ava. Although the clinic no longer existed, one of its doctors now resided at a hospital in Germany, and Carly begged him to help.

At Alexis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) office, Drew discussed his daughter’s future now that the Q’s have disowned him. Alexis suggested she live with her, but Drew quickly shot her down.

At the Brown Dog, the crowd gathered to watch the PCU game, including Cody (Josh Kelly), who bet his entire $50,000 from Drew on their win. Trina and Gio (Giovanni Mazza) were also there watching when Emma (Braedyn Bruner) arrived and began flirting with Gio while Trina cheered on Kai. When Kai got injured, Trina became worried. And PCU lost the game, leaving Cody in debt to Selina (Lydia Look).

At the gallery, Trina confessed to Ava that she was concerned about Kai after his injury. Stella visited him in the hospital. While his injury was simply a dislocated shoulder, Trina soon arrived to check on him, and the two bonded.

Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) crossed paths at an AA meeting where Alexis opened up to him about Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) recent mistakes, then admitted she’ll fight him for her granddaughter if she has to.

Meanwhile, in the stables, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) vented to Cody about Lulu’s behavior in Prague. Cody noted Dante always fell for girls like her, remembering his summer camp romance with Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton). Their conversation was interrupted when Selina made a surprise visit, which concerned Dante. Inside the mansion, Carly confronted Tracy about the kids, and Tracy ripped into her for how she ruined the family.

At GH, Chase (Josh Swickard) was checked out, followed by Brook Lynn, who was reassured by the doctor that her past pregnancy wouldn’t impact her ability to have a future one. In the burn unit, Willow rejected Nina’s suggestion to allow Michael’s parents access. She then confided in Chase about her past decisions, and he encouraged her to talk to Carly.

At the Port Charles Grille, Cody and Drew had a tense encounter that Jordan (Tanisha Harper) defused. She then gave Drew a piece of her mind regarding what he did to Curtis.

At the Q Mansion, Chase confronted Tracy about not allowing Willow to have her kids.

Brook Lynn ran into Lulu as she was applying for a job at Deception. Maxie (Kirsten Storms) got there to find the two bickering and eventually informed Lulu that the job would be as Brook Lynn’s assistant. Meanwhile, Brook Lynn went home to mediate between her husband and Tracy. Later, Martin and Drew teamed up and showed up at the mansion with a court order for the kids. When Tracy resisted, Drew had her arrested.

Sidwell (Carlo Rota) showed up at Ava’s gallery looking for art for his new home, which was previously hers. After he made a purchase, Ric (Rick Hearst) immediately took Ava’s check, still waiting to be paid for his work as her attorney.

At GH, Willow reassured Carly and Sonny that they could be involved in Michael’s care. Portia (Brook Kerr) brought news of a hospital where Michael could receive treatment, but Carly revealed that Brennan had already secured a spot for him in Germany. As Willow and Carly clashed, Sonny decided it should be Michael’s choice. They woke him up, and Carly went in to let him know he had a decision to make despite being in excruciating pain.
