The General Hospital recap for Thursday, December 28, 2023, features Felicia getting exactly what she needs to prove Cody is Mac’s son. But, her secret isn’t exactly safe.
Also in this episode, Olivia accidentally revealed something she shouldn’t, Lucy and Scott’s revenge plan moved forward, Finn may have caught a break, Alexis turned to Sonny for advice, and Kristina put TJ’s mind at ease. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into the details.
The Deception team was back on the Home & Heart set for another day of selling. Felicia (Kristina Wagner) tagged along, supposedly to watch Maxie (Kirsten Storms) in her element, but that was just a cover. She was there for a completely different reason.
Felicia’s presence had Cody (Josh Kelly) on edge. Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), too. She even agreed to spy on the spy for him. Unfortunately, she didn’t do a great job and lost sight of Felicia when Cody was taken to hair and makeup.
Felicia played it cool while hiding behind a sign until Cody was primped and primed. Once he was out of the chair, she mozied on over, sent the hairdresser away, and stole Cody’s hair right out of the brush!

Felicia wasn’t as slick as she thought, though. Sasha found her just as she put the evidence in her purse. And, it took all of five seconds for Sasha to realize what was going on. She followed Felicia and caught her handing off the envelope to a man and telling him to run it straight to the lab for expedited testing. Uh-oh!
As for the rest of the Deception team, they were entertained by Lucy (Lynn Herring) and Scott (Kin Shriner) staging fake arguments. Eventually, Lucy hit below the belt and Scott stormed off.
This was all part of the plan, though. Once he made it clear he was done with Lucy, he ran right up to Tracy (Jane Elliot). He waxed poetic about how great she is and how much better she is than Lucy. Buttering her up seemed to work, at least a little bit.
Meanwhile, Finn (Michael Easton) stewed over his current predicament (read more about that here). Liz (Rebecca Herbst) found him in the office and got an earful about how awful everything is. He despised having to be supervised. He also hated that he misdiagnosed Mr. Muldoon.
However, during their talk something interesting came up. Finn wondered if Muldoon had seen a doctor while he was on vacation. And, if so, would it help his case if they could show another doctor missed the cancer, too?
Interesting thought. He and Liz agreed to put effort into finding the doctor (if there was one) and getting their take. And, you know, throwing them under the bus if it meant saving Finn’s career. Liz reported back that a nurse contact confirmed that Muldoon DID see a doctor there — a month before his visit with Finn.
At the Quartermaines, Lois (Rena Sofer) hashed things out, with Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) fessing up that Tracy put the thought in her head that maybe Lois was upset that she married her ex-husband. Lois admonished Olivia for falling for Tracy’s line but then started to badmouth Ned (Wally Kurth) for turning in his own family — meaning Drew. Olivia, wanting to stick up for Ned, said a bit too much when she told Lois he had nothing to do with it.
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) showed up at Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) to talk about the surrogacy. Specifically, if Kristina (Kate Mansi) could handle using her egg and giving up her firstborn biological child.
Alexis had her doubts. Many, many doubts. Sonny was the opposite, though. Kristina was a mess once upon a time but look at her now! She wouldn’t do this unless she was sure. Plus, she’d still see the baby and get to play Fun Aunt.
As for Kristina, she saId much the same to TJ (Tajh Bellow). This put his mind at ease because much like Alexis, he had his reservations. Kristina assured him all would be well. She didn’t even want kids of her own — at least not yet.
