The GH spoilers recap for Wednesday, October 19, 2022, features Anna Devane terrified that enlisting Lucy Coe’s help cost Lucy her life.
GH Spoilers Recap Highlights
While on Pier 47, Anna (Finola Hughes) heard shots ring out at Pier 55 but when she got there, all she found was Lucy’s (Lynn Herring) high-heeled shoe, but no Lucy. Anna quickly called the police but Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) showed up before Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) did and feigned worry about his date.
Anna questioned Victor and asked if he was responsible for the gunshots but of course, he put on the innocent act both with Anna and the Port Charles Police Department when they arrived. However, the looks Anna and Victor gave one another revealed they were both onto each other’s game.
Eventually, Victor left and Anna told Dante that Lucy had been working for her in order to bring down Victor, but Dante assured her that if anyone could survive Victor’s wrath, it would be Lucy. We then saw a female figure in a black pantsuit wash up on a shore, but was it Lucy or someone else?
General Hospital Recap: More Cassadine Madness
Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) was shocked when Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) showed up at Wyndemere questioning why he would tell Victor that he is divorcing her and not tell her. Nikolas lied and told Ava that he and Victor discussed no such thing.
This prompted Ava to return to the Metro Court bar for another martini where she met up with Victor, who tried to persuade her that she could do much better than philandering Nikolas.
Once alone, Nikolas went up to find his long-haired pregnant damsel in a tower just as Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) managed to pick the lock and set herself free. Well, being free didn’t last long because Nikolas then managed to lock her in the bathroom as he removed anything from the storage room that Esme could use to try another escape.

Over at the Pentonville library, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) had another run-in with the inmate known as Book, but Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) quickly put him in his place while proclaiming he was putting on the full armor of God to stand against the wiles of Satan. Spencer was duly impressed with how his uncle protected him, so he gave him a brand-new bible that had just arrived as thank you.
GH Spoilers Recap: All About Alexis And Diane
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) started her evening with a visit to Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) where Diane told her that her near-death experience has made her question her choices in life. Robert Scorpio then arrived and the pair bonded as they discussed their various scars.
Later, Alexis arrived at the Metro Court where she was pleased to see Kristina Corinthos Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) dining with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and talking about Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). When Sonny left the table, Alexis used that time to try to make amends with Kristina, but things were still tense.
In another part of the restaurant, Sonny asked Dex if he might be ready to be his new Jason Morgan, AKA his new lieutenant. Dex told him that he indeed was.
