The GH spoilers recap for Wednesday, May 4, 2022 features what looks like Harmony Miller’s last words and for Carly Corinthos, they were quite something.
GH Spoilers Recap Highlights
Carly (Laura Wright) exhibited what seemed like empathy as she assured Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) would be just fine and she’d go find her for her if she has to. She even seemed to forgive Harmony when she apologized for trying to kill Carly. Then, Harmony went wild, insisting Willow could never know her real mother because she is obsessive and possessive and will only hurt her. Carly wondered if Willow knew her real mother after Harmony said that Willow hated the woman.
Then, Harmony said the words “two” and “Nelle” and Carly’s ears perked up like never before. What on Earth could Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) have to do with any of this? Harmony said that Willow was the other half and then Carly knew it. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) had twins and Willow was one of them. As soon as Carly realized the truth, Harmony coded and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) couldn’t bring her back. He had to inform Willow that her mother was dead and Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) looked like she was going to take it harder than Willow.
Earlier, Sasha talked to herself in the bathroom mirror wondering what would have happened if she had taken one of those pills and then plowed into Harmony. That prompted her to flush her pills down the toilet, but will she want more now?
General Hospital Recap: A Return To Nixon Falls
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina longed for each other and confessed their feelings to friends, but Sonny chose a dead friend. As he sat in his living room feeling lonely, he traveled back to Nixon Falls in his mind and had a conversation with Lenny Caulfield (Rif Hutton). He donned his cowboy hat and told him all about his actual life as Sonny, but that in his actual life as Sonny, he still really likes Nina because she doesn’t judge him or make him take sides.

When Sonny returned to the real world, he left Nina a very sweet voicemail saying that he enjoyed seeing her and can’t wait to see her again. It was all very Smike-like.
Meanwhile, Nina spent time with Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). She told Valentin how she still speaks to Charlotte but also wondered why Victor Cassadine dropped her off at boarding school. Valentin changed the subject and mentioned how Nina’s voice changes when she talks of Sonny.
GH Spoilers Recap: A Baby For Mac And Felicia?
As Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) settled in for some Hulu time in front of the TV, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) stopped by and the men and women split up. No, Felicia is not pregnant, but she told Anna she thought Mac wanted a baby. And Mac told Robert he thought Felicia wanted a baby. It looked to Robert and Anna like Mac and Felicia want to have a baby together and that would really be something.
