The GH spoilers recap for Friday, June 3, 2022, features Sonny Corinthos using honesty and his heart to get Nina Reeves to stay.
GH Spoilers Recap Highlights
When the going gets tough for Nina (Cynthia Watros), she often wants to leave town. After learning Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) kept the truth about Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) from her, she ran away to Nixon Falls. Now, after losing the right to see Wiley Corinthos, she was ready to hop a flight to Milan until she realized her necklace fell off at Nelle’s grave.
It’s a good thing Sonny was still there when Nina returned, but he refused to give her the necklace because he didn’t want her to go. After Nina cried that she can’t stay in town and watch Wiley grow up to hate her, Sonny wondered how Wiley might feel if he ever learned Nina gave up on him. That stopped Nina in her tracks and she agreed to stay.
General Hospital Recap: Esme’s Tangled Web
Poor Ava Jerome (Maura West) had to beg Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) to admit he still loves her. When he did, Ava went in for a kiss and a guilty Nikolas pulled away. He told her it might take time until he feels comfortable with her again. Ava then relented and said that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) could stay and get his allowance because she figured Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) would move out on her own.
Nope, Esme decided she wasn’t going anywhere after Spencer (fake) apologized and she decided to forgive him. But once she was alone with Nikolas, she showed him that she really, really liked what happened. He told her that could never happen again.

So, now Spencer has Esme back on his side, or so he thinks. What he doesn’t know is that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) spent a lovely day with Rory Cabrera and even her parents met him. Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) gave him the third degree, but Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) was thrilled.
Cameron Webber (William Lipton) continued to keep Spencer’s secret from Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) but she told him he can tell her anything. Josslyn was also surprised to receive an apology from Adam (Joshua Benard), the fellow student who made her feel lower than low after the sex video spread on the Internet. He saw the article in The Invader and understood her point of view.
GH Spoilers Recap: Sam Wants To Know All
Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) continued to ask questions of Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) old friend Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). He explained that he and Dante met at summer camp when his mother sent him away from Brooklyn to keep him out of trouble.
When Sam learned that he has experience caring for horses, she decided she would try to get him a job at the Quartermaine stables, something Dante seemed very uncomfortable with.
