The GH spoilers recap for Wednesday, August 3, 2022, features Ava Jerome Cassadine knowing she can’t count on her dope of a husband for help, so she does what she has to do.

As Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) insisted to Ava that he is the only one who can help her now that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) has gone over the parapet during a catfight, he got a call from Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) informing him he’d been arrested. Ava told Nikolas she wouldn’t be there when he got back, and she meant it. She also told him not to touch her after he slept with Esme and then disgustingly slept with her too.

So, Ava showed up in Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) office and insisted he has to make sure Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) walks free. Sonny just wanted to go after Esme, but Ava insisted that Esme left town and he will never find her. That prompted Sonny to ask Ava what she did to the girl, but Ava wasn’t talking.
Still, Sonny agreed to help Ava, seemingly knowing Ava did something and it wasn’t good. Later, Ava showed up at the Metro Court, told Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) she was getting a room and announced she feels more confident about Trina than ever.

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) couldn’t wait to tell Cameron Webber (William Lipton) everything he missed at Trina’s trial and was shocked when Cam told her he knew for months that Spencer was on Trina’s side. Josslyn was not happy at all and said as his girlfriend, she has a right to such information. Although she remained miffed, Joss did forgive him for keeping a secret.

Trina ended up at the Metro Court pool with Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) and couldn’t stop talking about Spencer. Then, she caught herself and tried to tell Rory they should just be friends since she can’t stop talking about another man and she might end up in jail. Rory did not want to be just friends, so he and Trina kissed again.
GH Spoilers Recap: Sasha Knew What Was Up
Nina was surprised to see Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) at the Metro Court Gardens, and they discussed the fact that she needed a bit of a break from Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) hovering. At the same time, Brando asked Sonny if he can have someone keep an eye on Sasha.
When Sasha met up with her friend Sienna Bruce (Cynthia Zitter), the makeup artist tried to get her to admit that she was using drugs the night she ran down Harmony Miller as Grant Smoltz (David Lautman) listened on his phone. Sasha thought this was awfully strange, and after refusing to do drugs, she left.
Later, she found Sienna in Smoltz’s car and was ready to confront them both.
