The GH spoilers recap for Thursday, April 28, 2022, features Sasha Gilmore Corbin not quite knowing what to do with herself after she realized she ran down Willow Tait’s mom with her car.
GH Spoilers Recap Highlights
There was a time when Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) were the best of friends, but then Sasha pretended to sleep with Willow’s boyfriend, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) so that Willow would marry Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and they could all make sure Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) never saw her son again. That’s all been cleared up but things haven’t been the same since — and they might go from bad to worse now that Sasha ran down Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) with her car.
It’s a good thing Sasha is an expert at CPR because she made sure Harmony was still alive until an ambulance arrived, and she did this all while the smarmy photographer snapped her picture. The photographer wanted her to sell him exclusive rights to the story or for Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) to give his memory stick back, none of which either one of them did. After Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) wanted to question the photographer for vehicular pursuit, he called Smoltz and said he had a big story.
Meanwhile, Willow was shocked when she saw her mother brought into the ER after Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) called her and Michael. Carly also told Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) why she believes that Harmony isn’t Willow’s real mother, but left out the part about Harmony owing Nina Reeves. Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) was also shocked by this entire tale as she rushed to the hospital as soon as she heard that Alexis Davis (temporarily played by Stephanie Erb) was there.
General Hospital Recap: Cassadine Troubles
Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) heard Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) on the phone with Cameron Webber (Will Lipton) asking him for a favor. Spencer then lied to Esme and told him the favor is to not talk bad about Esme. He then told her how he and Cameron ended up behind bars for a while.

Later, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) was so furious when Ava Jerome (Maura West) didn’t show up for the romantic evening he planned that he threw the table with its dishes across the room and then let Esme tell him how wonderful and charming he is. Laura Collins (Genie Francis) then arrived to inform Esme she is free because Sonny Corinthos has promised not to kidnap her anymore.
When Esme let the room, Nikolas insisted to his mother that Esme and Spencer have to stay because they have no money. Laura warned her son that he has a scorpion in his house that he needs to get rid of fast.
GH Spoilers Recap: Spencer And Trina Have Words
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) was spending some time at the gallery when Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) stopped by to keep his eye on her. As they spoke about art, Spencer walked in to try and make himself look cultured. Rory and Trina were not impressed.
After Rory left, Trina told Spencer he is the same entitled kid she always knew who used his grandmother to get out of jail. But she also told him that she understands why he still wants to work at Kelly’s and is supportive of Cameron hiring him back.
