The GH spoilers recap for Wednesday, April 27, 2022, features Carly Corinthos ready to go after Harmony Miller with a vengeance.
GH Spoilers Recap Highlights
Leave it to Carly (Laura Wright) to insert herself into every story on the show. Last month, she ruined a sting operation to bring down Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and this month she is right smack dab in the middle of Alexis Davis’s (temporarily being played by Stephanie Erb) story with Harmony (Inga Cadranel).
But at least she popped right out of her own car trunk to stop Harmony from killing Alexis with a very large rock after Alexis dared call her “Lorraine.” Then again, if Carly wasn’t nosing around Alexis’s house without anyone’s permission, none of this would even be happening.
As Alexis called for help, Harmony made a run for it and Carly insisted they had to go after her because she would run straight to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Still, Alexis somehow got Carly to calm down. When Officer Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) arrived, Alexis and Carly explained everything.
At the same time, a series of unfortunate events was taking place at the new Metro Court Gardens. As the Deception ladies celebrated their success again, a photographer tried to get a pic of Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson). Sasha ran off to take pills and dropped some. The photographer picked up one and pocketed it, but Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) then got a hold of his camera and his memory card.
As the photographer chased Sasha and Gladys in his car, with Sasha behind the wheel of her car with Gladys, Harmony popped out of nowhere and Sasha did her best not to hit her, but we know how that goes on a soap.

General Hospital Recap: Sonny And Nina Dole Out Advice…Separately
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) let off some steam at the boxing gym where Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) questioned him about his father. Curtis wanted to know why Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) didn’t seem to like Sonny and Sonny remembered seeing his meds and told Curtis to let certain things remain personal. When Curtis said Marshall had left town and it was too late for them, Sonny offered to use his clout to find him. He said he feels fathers and sons should not give up on each other.
Meanwhile, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) worried about Curtis and discussed it all with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), who told her that he helped Curtis get info on Marshall. Later, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) got a package at the hospital and it turned out to be Marshall’s clarinet.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) also gave some advice to Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) about Sasha, telling him she fears losing him to Sonny’s dangerous lifestyle. She also told him that the pain and emptiness of losing someone never really goes away.
GH Spoilers Recap: It’s Manicures For Ava, Violet…And Finn
In some odd scenes that could have been inserted into just about any episode, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) took Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) to get a manicure where they ran into Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) treating herself to some fresh nails. As Violet enjoyed herself, Ava and Finn discussed wanting to always protect their little girls. Finn then got his nails painted lavender to make Violet happy. Odd scenes, indeed.
