GH Recap Photos: Sonny Declares He Doesn’t Trust Michael

It was an illuminating day in Port Charles.
For the Tuesday, March 26 episode of General Hospital, recap photos reveal that Sonny doesn’t trust Michael, but he does seem to trust Ava.

Ava (Maura West) tried to play peacemaker between Michael (Chad Duell) and Sonny (Maurice Benard). Anna (Finola Hughes) got Jason (Steve Burton) to explain what he’s been doing. Gregory (Gregory Harrison) told Finn (Michael Easton), Chase (Josh Swickard), and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) that he wasn’t an invalid. Agent Cates (Adam Harrington) told Carly (Laura Wright) that Jason was in custody. See it all in the slideshow below.
Michael tried to convince Sonny that Jason didn’t shoot Dante. Sonny didn’t believe him. Ava tried to play peacemaker between the two.
Michael left, and Sonny mentioned he couldn’t trust Michael. Ava agreed. She did, however, tell Sonny that he could trust her. They shared a close moment, but it didn’t go further. As she headed to bed, Sonny said he was glad Ava was there.
Finn and Gregory showed up at the hospital, and Chase and Brook Lynn saw them. Gregory insisted he wasn’t an invalid, telling them that his life was just like this now. After Gregory left, Finn suggested Brook Lynn and Chase move their wedding up. Brook Lynn agreed.
Brook Lynn and Chase discussed downsizing their wedding. She was happy to do it, and he declared himself the luckiest man alive.
Anna asked Jason if he shot Dante. When he said no, Anna believed him. However, she told him she might not be able to help him.
Jason was stunned to learn that Agent Cates was Jagger, Stone’s brother. He told Anna all about how he’d been working as a mercenary for John since his disappearance in 2021. He detailed how Pikeman was targeting Sonny.
After Jason explained how things went down on the pier, she had a question. Why didn’t Jason stay with Dante after he called 911. He said he didn’t think the FBI wanted him to be caught, and he needed a place to heal.
Agent Cates told Carly that he owed her an apology because Jason was in custody. She desperately tried to go to Jason, but John Cates told her he knew Jason Quartermaine, but not Jason Morgan. After the argued back and forth, Carly kicked him out of her restaurant and left.
Carly arrived at the station and watched as Anna told Jason not to give up on Dante surviving.
Laura interrupted Curtis. They began talking about Heather’s procedure. Later, they discussed Curtis’s concern that perhaps Jason shot him on purpose. Curtis just wanted answers, but Laura warned him to be careful and consider the source.
