The GH recap for Monday, November 7, 2022, features Willow Tait learning she made a decision that may very well cost her life.

GH Recap Highlights

In this episode, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) got some terrible news about her condition, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) were reunited, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) voiced her suspicions about Holly Sutton (Emma Samms), Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) tried another way to escape, and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) debated telling Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) all about her trip to Monterey. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into the Port Charles details.

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow spent some time in the park with Wiley before her big doctor appointment and discussed all the mundane things about having two kids while Michael remained clueless and Willow looked as if she was going to jump out of her skin.

When Michael had to take a call, they ran into Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), and Wiley was thrilled to see his grandparents. However, Willow pulled him away from them and told Sonny that only he was allowed to see Wiley if he scheduled a visit. Nina and Sonny made a hasty retreat just as Michael arrived once again, but yet another call allowed Willow to spend some alone time with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow).

When Nina spotted Willow and TJ together, she secretly told Sonny her suspicions about Willow and TJ having an affair, but Sonny didn’t buy it for a second. He told Nina they needed to stay out of things and not tell Michael, just as Michael overheard them.

Meanwhile, when the babysitter didn’t show up to get Wiley, Willow insisted that TJ take her to her appointment with Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) and that Michael later meets her at the hospital. Terry had some bad news for Willow as she informed her that her cancer now progressed to stage 4.

General Hospital Recap: Valentin And Laura Are Back In Port Charles

Anna was thrilled to see Laura visit her jail cell but was then overjoyed when Valentin was right behind Laura. It turned out that Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain) is also home and with security at Laura and Kevin Collins’s (Jon Lindstrom) apartment. Valentin then promised Anna that he had a way to get her out of jail, and we later saw him at the hospital conspiring with Finn. Anna’s men sure do watch out for her.

Speaking of Anna’s men, Holly did her best to pry more information about Anna out of Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) but didn’t have much luck. Later, Laura planted a seed in Robert’s head that Holly may not be on the up and up about what was really going on in her life for the past two years.

Over at Wyndemere, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) tried sticking up for himself by telling Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) that he can’t move in. He also didn’t want to hear another one of Victor’s speeches. Just as Victor seemed poised to tell Nikolas all about the necklace in Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) safe deposit box, Johann (Max Decker) called to tell him Charlotte was missing. Victor was stunned, but he and Nikolas were even more stunned when Laura walked in to catch up.

Little did any of them know that Rapunzel, AKA Esme, was upstairs locked in a tower tying her pregnant self to bed sheets so she can escape through a window.

GH Recap: Elizabeth’s Dilemma

Elizabeth made it home to find Cameron Webber (William Lipton) ready to head to campus, and he confessed to her that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) spent the night. She then told him that she did indeed see her parents but that she was much happier being with her chosen family.

Liz also told Terry that she wasn’t sure if she should even tell Finn that she feels responsible for his first wife’s death, and Terry let her know she believes honesty is the best policy here.

Over at the hospital, Finn had another run-in with Heather Webber (Alley Mills), who said lots of unflattering things about Jeff Webber (William Moses) we can now all agree with after being re-introduced to him last week. Heather offered to tell Finn anything he wanted to know about Elizabeth’s family, but he didn’t bite. He did, however, show up at Liz’s front door as soon as Terry informed him that she was home.
