The GH recap for Wednesday, December 14, 2022, features a furious Spencer Cassadine throwing his Corinthos weight around.
GH Recap Highlights
In this episode, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) got Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) all caught up on the important things in Port Charles while Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) contemplated their love lives. Little did they know that Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) was about to go rogue. Also, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) broke down at the boxing gym, and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) had big news for Brad Cooper (Parry Shen). Now, let’s dig a little deeper into the details.
Josslyn was stunned to hear that Rory told Trina he is in love with her after only three months and Trina had to admit that she just doesn’t feel the same way. She informed her friend that Spencer is now out of jail and walked in on her ‘anniversary’ dinner and it just brought home the fact that Trina can’t get Spencer off her mind.

Still, Trina insisted that Spencer has hurt her too much and she is probably better off with Rory. Josslyn told her that’s not always how it works, and Trina wondered if she should break up with Rory. That’s when Josslyn accidentally said something about Cameron deserving to know the truth, but then quickly told Trina she meant to say the name, Rory.
Cameron was thrilled to see his old pal Spencer walk into Kelly’s a free man, and the two old friends caught up. When Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) walked in, Cameron didn’t rush to serve him and explained to Spencer that Josslyn seems to have formed an attachment to Dex after Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) made him ‘disappear’ for a few days.
For some reason, Spencer took it upon himself to walk up to Dex and tell him to stay away from Josslyn because if he works for Uncle Sonny, then he works for Spencer too. When Dex didn’t take too kindly to that, Spencer decked him just as Josslyn walked in with some toys for tots.

General Hospital Recap: Officer Rory’s Keen Curiosity
As for the man who loves Trina but who Trina doesn’t love? Well, Rory was thrilled when Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) praised him for going above and beyond as a cop. (Anvil, anyone?) Rory was also definitely interested in all of Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) new information on The Hook. Despite Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) figuring out months ago the poison the killer used was snake venom, Port Charles Police Department forensics just discovered this now.
Dante explained to Rory and Jordan that the venom comes from a snake species found on South Asian islands and provided her with a list of all the people who have imported such snakes to Port Charles over the last few years. After Rory offered to drop the file of info on Dante’s desk on his way out, he took a picture of some of the pages instead. The next thing we knew, Rory arrived at an apartment, announcing himself as the police, and kicked in the door, ending the scene.
GH Recap: Britt’s Big Party, Liesl’s Big Breakdown
Apparently, Britt chose Brad as her party planner, and Brad wondered why Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) was not on her invitation list. Britt explained that Society Setups was all a hoax owned by Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and Cody was not her perfect match after all. She then informed Brad that she was meeting with a lawyer about her will and leaving everything to Brad, who was both shocked and touched. When Brad asked her why she was throwing a big party, she told him it was so that people could see her in all her glory.
At the boxing gym, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) took out her grief and sadness regarding Britt’s illness on a punching bag and finally confessed to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) that Britt had Huntington’s Disease. Sonny overheard the news and insisted on talking to Liesl. He told her to cherish every moment she has with Britt and promised her there would be good days, just as there were with Mike Corbin (Max Gail) when he was suffering from Alzheimer’s.
