GH Recap: Anna Identified Her Stalker…In The Morgue

The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, November 22, 2023, features Anna making a bad move and solving a strange mystery that is sure to change her life.

Stalker Problems Solved….Kind Of

Anna (Finola Hughes) made a very bad decision when she showed up to see Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez). She snuck into the girl’s room to apologize and explain herself but was met with screams for help instead. She barely got a few sentences out when Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) rushed in. 

Valentin comforted his daughter while Liz took Anna to task. How dare she?! Minutes later, Valentin came out to rip into her too. However, Anna pointed out this was all HIS fault. If he had just spoken up, none of this would have happened. Valentin reluctantly agreed that she was right.

Meanwhile, at the morgue, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Chase (Josh Swickard) worked a very strange case. A mysterious man was hit by a car (was it an accident or was it murder?) and had extensive injuries. He also had three IDs and a key in his shoe with the number 18. Very strange indeed. 

More strange was when one of the IDs pulled up the name Jameson Forsyth! Dante immediately called Anna down and asked her to look at the body. Does she know who he is? Yes. It was definitely Forsyth. 

A Fresh Look

Speaking of cases, Curtis (Donnell Turner) fully intended to solve his own and find his shooter. He went to The Metro Court and asked Nina for her cooperation. She happily turned over a master key and gave him her login to the computer’s mainframe. 

At the same time, Jordan (Tanisha Harper) interrupted a sibling meetup between Laura (Genie Francis) and Martin (Michael E. Knight) to ask much the same. Once alone, Jordan told her all about her and Curtis’s rogue mission plan. Laura agreed to give her the full cooperation of the Mayor’s office. 

As for Martin, he was summoned to Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) office. Once there, Alexis and Gregory (Gregory Harrison) gave him some details on Finn’s (Michael Easton) case and asked if he could take it. 

Why him? Well, as far as Alexis was concerned if he was good enough to be on Valentin’s books, he was good enough to take on Diane (Carolyn Hennesy). After a bit of back and forth, he agreed. 

A Gesture Of Goodwill

Meanwhile, Sonny (Maurice Benard) paid Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) a visit. He has a very special offer to present. First, he apologized for allowing Gladys to be installed as her conservator. Then, he offered to pay her back every penny Gladys squandered. 

Sasha was floored by his goodwill. She didn’t take him up on it, though. She was fine rebuilding her life, thank you. However, she suggested he take the money and donate it to charity in Brando and Liam’s names. Sonny was impressed.
