General Hospital Recap: Ava Had A Proposition For Franco

The General Hospital recap for Friday, April 19 features a heart warming reconciliation between spouses Laura and Kevin and Ava having a big question for Franco.

At Charlie’s Pub, Elizabeth (Rebeccca Herbst) and Laura (Genie Francis) caught each other up on the recent goings on.

Laura admitted that she still had feelings for Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) and that she was not sure she wanted to go through with her plans to divorce. Liz added that Kevin did nothing malicious and that others had been forgiven for a lot less.

Later at the hospital, after Kevin had finished cleaning out his office, he was greeted by Laura. She admitted that after their imprisonment in Ferncliff she realized that the man she had fallen in love with was still around and she believes that they can start over again.

Kevin agreed and they tenderly kissed. However, the reunion was cut short when a mail carrier arrived with a large parcel from a “Chamberlain.”

Ava (Maura West) discovered that Julian hired Curtis (Donnell Turner) to act as her personal bodyguard but she was having none of it. She told him she refused to cooperate and threw him out when he brought up Kiki.

After Curtis left, Ava called Franco and laid out her new master plan to draw out Ryan. She wanted Franco to pose as her new boyfriend. Franco tried in vain to convince Ava the plan was sheer lunacy and after he left in a huff she placed a call to Scotty.

Michael (Chad Duell) ran into Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) at Sonny’s gym and she admitted that she had been less than truthful in her past but was sincere when she said she liked him.

They decided to remain uncomplicated friends and then promptly retired to her hotel room to sleep together.

Curtis revealed to Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) that a pharmacy close to the Niagara Falls border was robbed the night Ryan supposedly fell to his death and the two were convinced the no good doctor is behind the theft.
