Is There A Reason For Kim After Oscar’s Gone On General Hospital?

General Hospital’s Oscar continues to threaten to die any day now, and the people who love him are gathering to be at Oscar’s side.

There’s girlfriend Joss (Eden McCoy) — and her mother, Carly (Laura Wright), who can’t fathom of anything happening in Port Charles that isn’t her business.

There’s Oscar’s friend, Cameron (William Lipton) and Oscar’s new family, Drew (Billy Miller) and Monica (Leslie Charleson). And, the woman who’s been there since the beginning, Oscar’s mom, Kim (Tamra Braun).

But, once Oscar finally makes good on his promise and dies already, will there still be a place for Kim on the canvas? What almost 9,000 fans had to say about that:

Drew You a Picture
Kim and Drew need to reunite, 41% of the audience cheers. They have a past we never saw, and a future that’s dominated by the son Drew just met.

Drew and Kim haven’t had a chance to explore the possibility of a second chance for their relationship. One that we can watch, this time. The two lost so much time. They’ve lost Oscar. They shouldn’t lose each other, too!

Then again, 30% of you can’t see a purpose to Kim sticking around. Honestly, you never saw the purpose of her showing up in the first place. She said Drew had a past. We knew Drew had a past. She said Drew didn’t remember it. We knew Drew didn’t remember it.

She said… other things. We weren’t listening. Plus, she keeps reminding us of Carly. We’re not sure why…

Family Julians
A slightly smaller 29%, though, wants to see Kim stick around — and stick with Julian (William deVry). Julian is too dark and tense (especially when he’s ripping Alexis’ clothes off, even in her imagination).

Kim lightens him up. She makes him more pleasant. And more bearable. We can’t lose that. Kim, please stay.
