It’s the end of the year report card time for the General Hospital gang.
GH was chock full of scintillating story turns in 2016. Lulu (Emme Rylan) discovered she had a daughter – with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Ava’s meddling and machinations sent Morgan into a spiral that ultimately led to his death. Julian and Alexis wed, only to have him hold a dagger to her throat a few months later. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
Soap Hub asked fans to grade the ABC soap.
A Respectable “B”
Nearly half of you, 42%, agree that the soap was entertaining and gave it a “B”. You enjoyed the budding love stories between couples like Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) and Kiki (Hayley Erin) and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Franco (Roger Howarth) and others, as well as the mystery surrounding young Charlotte’s biological parents.

However, you thought GH could have done better in some areas; particularly when it came to the violence. Between the serial killer terrorizing the hospital, Nikolas’ murder and Morgan’s death, it seems like you were watching a funeral every week.
Top Notch “A”
Some 30% of fans gave GH the highest grade, an “A”, noting that you were entertained by all the thrilling storylines.
In the love story department, you were delighted with the turns Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason (Billy Miller) and Nathan and Maxie’s relationships took. Namely, a baby on the way and an upcoming wedding, respectively.
