Alexis Davis expects to succeed where law enforcement has failed — not exactly hard on General Hospital — by using her newspaper to reach out to The Hook, Son of Sam-style.
But is she doing the right thing…or putting her beloved daughters in danger? How over 2,000 fans view Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) latest escapade:
Almost half of you, 43% of voters, are cheering Alexis on. You are brave and strong and assertive! Don’t let anyone mansplain you into silencing your authentic voice! So what if this is the kind of thing that could put Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), Kristina Davis-Corinthos (Lexi Ainsworth), and Molly Davis-Lansing (Haley Pullos) in the cross-hairs of a killer? Proving yourself right is much more important! They’ll recover it attacked. Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) did!
An almost equal number of the audience, 42%, agrees that, yeah, it’s risky, but somebody needs to do something. The police are either stymied, focused on the Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) disappearance, or in prison themselves. They need a total amateur to come in and tell them what to do. Professionalism it out, do it yourself is in. And Alexis is leading the charge!
It’s the last place 15% who think Alexis should mind her own business. Not just for her loved ones’ sake but for her own. How many times has she been in the hospital already? How many times has she almost died? Does she really love it that much?
Alexis needs to look out for Alexis and let the police do their jobs. Besides, we have strong evidence to suggest that The Hook might be a woman. And women should be uplifting other women, not bringing them down. Practice what you preach, Alexis!
