On General Hospital, Nina Reeves was so fed up with Carly that, on the day of her daughter’s wedding to Carly’s son, Nina called the SEC to come and arrest her boyfriend’s ex-wife for insider trading.
Nina was only looking to upset Carly. She didn’t predict how upset Sonny would be, too. Should Nina confess what she did before the situation gets even more out of hand?
That would be a very, very bad idea, 15% dismiss it out of hand. Sonny (Maurice Benard) would never forgive Nina (Cynthia Watros) for causing Carly (Laura Wright) a moment’s grief. And since earning the love of Sonny is every Port Charles woman’s goal in life, we’re not sure Nina could ever survive such a rebuke.
Sonny may lie in his everyday business dealings, but he demands absolute truth in his personal life. The only way Nina will ever be able to hold onto her man is by telling Sonny the truth. She should come clean, explain why she did it, and throw herself on Sonny’s mercy, 41% advise. And there is the minor detail that Carly is actually guilty of the crime she’s accused of. Maybe that will help.
Of course, she should tell him, 44% agree. But not because honesty is good for the soul. But because criminals are good at helping to cover up crimes. Nina is going to need an experienced bad boy in her corner if she’s to come out of this mess smelling like a rose. Nina only wants Carly to suffer. She has no interest in joining her. Sonny will tell Nina what she needs to do to keep appearing innocent. This will bring them closer together. Really, it’s a brilliant relationship booster! Good job, Nina!
