We know Nicolas Bechtel is one busy kid. With a Disney Channel series and school, he doesn’t always have time for the soap, but wouldn’t it be great if General Hospital (GH) and its young star could find a way for a permanent stay.
We watched Kimberly McCullough grow up before our eyes as Robin Scorpio, so why can’t we have the same with Bechtel and Spencer Cassadine?
Soap Hub asked if you want just that and your answer wasn’t shocking at all.
We Want Him Here To Stay!
Out of nearly 4,000 votes, a full 84% of you are sick of the Spencer revolving door. Most of the time we haven’t seen him, we’ve known he was in Port Charles.
But, his latest hiatus at a European boarding school lasted way too long.
Right now he’s in the middle of a hit front-burner story as a kidnap victim and you fear Laura will once again send him off to school for his own safety.
You fear the next time he shows up in town, GH will SORAS him and Bechtel will be gone.
Who Will He ‘Play’ With?
The other 16% of you are okay with the way the soap is handling Spencer’s life right now. Without Nikolas around, with Emma gone most of the time, and with Josslyn now older than him (remember when they were all friends), you’re not even sure who he would interact with besides Laura.
But, if Nikolas is alive, Soap Hub thinks the father/son onscreen team will be perfect just the way they once were.
