Who Stabbed Dex On December 10 General Hospital?

As Port Charles got into the festive spirit, things quickly took a tragic turn on the December 10, 2024 episode of General Hospital.

From Festive To Fearful

Now that the Christmas tree lot is open in Rice Plaza (read about Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) and Liz’s (Rebecca Herbst) adorable Christmas outting this week), Port Charles is ready to get festive. With Cyrus (Jeff Kober) still ringing his bell by the donation box, it was Felicia (Kristina Wagner), James (Gary James Fuller), and Georgie (Lily Fisher) who were next up to get a tree.

Dex (Evan Hofer) and a new partner showed up in uniform, happy to keep the city safe during the holidays. That was when a drunken fight broke out in the middle of the plaza between a group of college students. It was PCU vs. Llanview, arguing over their football teams, with Kai’s (Jens Austin Astrup) name coming up. But it wasn’t until after Dex broke up the fight and confiscated their alcohol that things took a turn.

Backstabbers

While Curtis (Donnell Turner) learned about Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) backstabbing as they discussed the CEO position, Dex was the victim of a literally backstabbing while alone in the plaza. As he poured the alcohol into a trashcan, a faceless, gloved figure came up behind him and stabbed him. Dex fell to the ground, only to be rescued by his partner and Felicia.

Lucas (Van Hansis) assured Dex he would be fine as he went into surgery after giving Chase (Josh Swickard) his statement, but the question remains: who stabbed Dex? The easiest assumption would be that one of the rowdy college students did it as revenge, but after Dex’s confrontation with Cyrus about seeing him at GH on Halloween – when he killed Sam (ex-Kelly Monaco)! – Cyrus is the more obvious suspect.
