It’s Spring Break in Port Charles and all the kids were running around the Quartermaine Mansion on today’s General Hospital. While some have been familiar faces on the soap for years, some were brand new to viewers on the May 2, 2024 episode.
While the adults gathered in the Quartermaine living room to prepare for Deception’s upcoming segment on Home & Heart, a plethora of kids were seen around the mansion. This didn’t sit well with Tracy (Jane Elliot), who was crankier than ever due to having children at every corner. Let’s take a look at who’s who in Port Charles: kids edition.
Violet (Jophielle Love) is the daughter of Finn (Michael Easton) and Hayden (ex-Rebecca Budig), and has been played by young actress Jophielle Love since 2019. Violet joined Chase (Josh Swickard) and Gregory (Gregory Harrison) to watch Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) practice modeling for Deception when it was revealed that not only does Violet want to star on TV one day, but also wants to be a doctor like her dad.
Wiley (Viron Weaver) had a rocky start to life, being switched at birth to be raised by Lucas (Ryan Carnes) and Brad (Parry Shen) when he was truly the son of Michael and Nelle (ex-Chloe Lanier). But once all was revealed and Nelle fell from a cliff to her supposed death, it’s Michael and his aunt Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) who are raising him. Wiley, who has been played by Weaver since 2021, spent the day playing with Violet and James (Gary James Fuller), who pretended to tie up Cody (Josh Kelly) at the stables.
Amelia is the daughter of Michael and Willow, who gave birth to her while battling leukemia last year. Amelia was seen in Michael’s arms throughout the episode, and while she was most recently played by “Baby Siobhan,” viewers were quick to notice she’s now being played by a new child actress.
James is the son of Maxie and Nathan (ex-Ryan Paevey), but was brought into the world thanks to Peter (ex-Wes Ramsey). He’s now being raised by his mom and sometimes Spinelli (Bradford Anderson, who recently dished on his character’s career change), but has built a cute, brotherly relationship with Cody, who he spent the day playing with in the stables. Fuller took on the role of James in 2023.
Georgie (Lily Fisher) is the daughter of Maxie and Spinelli and the namesake of Maxie’s late sister, Georgie (ex-Lindze Letherman). She was last seen when her mom moved into Lulu’s (ex-Emme Rylan) old house, but when she was seen on today’s episode watching Brook Lynn practice for Home & Heart and keeping an eye on the younger kids, she was noticeably different. That’s because Fisher has been temporarily recast by young actress Juliet Donenfield.
Aiden (Enzo De Angelis) is the son of Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucky (ex-Jonathan Jackson), but has been raised mostly by his mom, the late Franco (ex-Roger Howarth), and Finn. Aiden’s most recent storyline involved coming out to his mother by letting her know he has a crush on a boy at school named Tobias, and was speculated to be getting bullied on the May 1, 2024 episode when Elizabeth noticed paint smeared on his backpack. But viewers quickly noticed Aiden looking a little different on today’s episode when he joined Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) in the Quartermaine kitchen, noticing he is now being played by a different actor. That new actor is Tristan Riggs, according to Soap Opera Digest.
