Professor Dalton is the latest mysterious new face on General Hospital. It is becoming apparent that the character will have interesting interactions with Anna.
The Granddaughter Connection
Anna’s (Finola Hughes) granddaughter came home to Port Charles under mysterious circumstances. It turns out that Emma (Braedyn Bruner) has a sealed record. She explained it away as part of her animal activism, but was it?
Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard) is very interested in Emma and is encouraging her to apply for the coveted summer research assistant position. This may only be because she is an exceptional student, but probably not. Not so coincidentally, both student and teacher came to PCU from Berkeley/the Bay Area. And let’s not forget the strange briefcase the professor brought to GH, which Josslyn (Eden McCoy) spotted. The WSB assigned Joss to Professor Dalton. She was told to get the internship, but it appears it will go to Emma.
Spidey Sense
Anna met the professor while sitting at The Savoy bar. He seemed interested in the police commissioner, but was it for work or pleasure? Did he know she was Emma’s grandmother when they started talking? Does he also know that she is a former WSB agent?
Ana is a smart spy. She immediately felt something was up and went directly to her granddaughter, who explained it away as a coincidence. Emma should know she cannot outsmart Anna.
Dalton is definitely up to something, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t interested in Anna romantically, which could cause all kinds of problems. What do you think he is up to? How is he connected to Emma? Let us know in the comments section.
