The Ruthless Michael
Michael’s (Rory Gibson) ruthless side is rearing it’s ugly head. You can’t really blame him. His wife cheated on him with his uncle, and then they tried to take his children away while he was in a burn unit. If that wasn’t enough, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) played creepy games with his newborn baby Daisy, which scared Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) out of town.
Michael is pissed and is finally out to get even. He may or may not have shot Drew (Cameron Mathison) and/or planted the gun to frame Willow. Whether he is guilty or not, he is enjoying watching his ex suffer, and is hoping she never gets near their kids again.
This may seem out of character for this new version of Michael, but he is still Michael, and has been ruthless before. Not too long ago, he was so angry with Sonny (Maurice Benard), that he cut him off and hired Dex (Evan Hofer) to find enough evidence to send his dad to prison.
Years earlier, he punished Sonny for killing AJ (Sean Kanan) by fighting for and getting custody of his sister, Avery (Ava & Grace Scarola). Michael is his father’s son and goes after his enemies.
Nice Guy Michael
Michael has another, completely different side to him. He is good to those he loves, especially his family members. There is nothing he wouldn’t do to protect Carly (Laura Wright), and she does the same for him. He is also a caring and protective older brother to all of his siblings, and there is nothing he wouldn’t do for them.
Sonny’s son hasn’t been very lucky in love, but when he falls for someone, he falls hard. The women in his life are always treated with kindness and respect. He planned to be with Willow forever, and he was at her side every moment while she was fighting cancer. This is probably why his anger is so fierce with his ex-wife. She completely betrayed him when they were finally happy and at peace, and he was devastated.
Michael is a complicated guy, but it is always better to have him on your side than to have him as an enemy.
