General Hospital Spoilers Preview October 23: Heather Has Port Charles Rattled

The next General Hospital spoilers video for Wednesday, October 23, 2024, shows Curtis and Josslyn angry, Ric defending his actions, and Isaiah convincing Lucas he’s needed.

Coming up in Port Charles

At Marshall’s (Robert Gossett) going away party, Ric (Rick Hearst) arrives and reveals Heather’s (Alley Mills) sentence has been vacated. She’s free, which sends waves of terror throughout Port Charles. An angry Curtis (Donnell Turner) asks, “If he isn’t to blame, who is?” Presumably, someone defended Ric, and Curtis then sarcastically tried figuring out who was at fault for Heather’s unexpected release.

Meanwhile, as Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) and Lucas (Van Hansis) prepare for Lulu’s (Alexa Havins) liver transplant, Isaiah says to Lucas, “If his sister has a shot in hell of making it through this, she’s gonna need me.” Clearly, Lucas was unaware of Isaiah’s involvement and probably has an issue because he’s not on staff.

Across town, an upset Josslyn (Eden McCoy) tells Dex (Evan Hofer), “This was not the news that I was expecting to hear tonight.” Odds are most Port Charles residents didn’t have Heather’s release on their bingo cards that day.

Meanwhile, Ric defends his actions to Molly (Kristen Vaganos), explaining that he couldn’t simply drop a case, presumably Heather’s. If so, he was trying to help Molly put all the business about what happened with Kristina (Kate Mansi) and Ava (Maura West) behind her.

Across town, Anna (Finola Hughes) once again tells Holly (Emma Samms) to stop lying. Next, the timeline backtracks to Sonny (Maurice Benard) in his office, most likely telling Holly, “You must be in some kind of trouble.”

If Holly sells the diamonds to Sonny, Sidwell (Carlo Rota) will be gunning for him as well, considering Anna was alerted that the baddie was in Miami and probably headed for Port Charles.
