The August 14, 2024 episode of General Hospital started out with a normal day at the park and quickly turned into a family’s worst nightmare when someone went missing.
Missing In Action
As Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and Mac (John J. York) played frisbee, James (Gary James Fuller) sat the game out. When Spinelli tried talking to him, James admitted he was still sad over Mac not allowing him to see Cody (Josh Kelly) anymore.
Although Spinelli assured him his grandfather may come around, as soon as Spinelli walked away, James decided to do what he always does and run away. It wasn’t until Maxie (Kirsten Storms, who recently revealed how she got a black eye) called out for her son that they all realized he was nowhere to be found.
A Rescue Mission
As Maxie and Spinelli ran around looking for James, noting this wasn’t the first time James disappeared, Mac worried his grandson taking off was his fault just as Maxie realized where James may be.
Meanwhile, after an encouraging conversation with Michael (Chad Duell), Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) went to the stables ready to commit to Cody. They entered into a makeout session just as Maxie showed up, congratulating them on their relationship before asking if her missing son was there.
With spoilers for the week teasing an alarmed Maxie and the video preview for August 15, 2024 revealing Cody diving into the lake, it can only be assumed James may be found in a scary situation.
