Port Charles is about to be in for a shock after viewers got a glimpse at who killed Sam on the December 9, 2024 episode of General Hospital.
The mystery of Sam’s (ex-Kelly Monaco, who recently said goodbye to GH) death has made waves in Port Charles, from Lucas (Van Hansis) worrying he was to blame to Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) learning it was an error by the nursing staff. An overdose of digitalis caused Sam’s heart attack, but no one knew how the drug wound up in Sam’s system.
Cyrus (Jeff Kober) became a hot topic in Port Charles as Laura (Genie Francis) reunited with Martin (Michael E. Knight) and told him all about their brother’s betrayal at Turning Woods. Cyrus was last seen being taken to the PCPD by Dex (Evan Hofer) after Anna (Finola Hughes) hauled him in and Laura sought a restraining order.
Now, among decorative toys soldiers and Christmas trees for sale stood Cyrus, ringing a bell by a donation box. While Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Trina (Tabyana Ali) picked out a tree for their new apartment, Dex decided to make a donation, and that was when he came face-to-face with the villain for the first time since bringing him to the PCPD.
Cyrus kept up his saintly act while Dex let it slip that he saw him at GH on Halloween and assumed he had gone to visit Lulu (Alexa Havins) after her surgery, despite Laura’s wishes. Cyrus assured him he never saw Lulu, then shockingly flashed back to Halloween, where he dressed up as a doctor and sneaked into Sam’s room with a bottle of digitalis.
With one murder already under his belt, the video preview for December 9-13 tease Dex getting stabbed. Do you think Cyrus will be behind the rookie’s accident? Let us know in the comments.
