Cupid Strikes Danny Just In Time For Valentine’s Day
Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) seems to be infatuated with Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) ever since their snowed-in kiss. The only concern for many viewers was that these two share Cassadine blood.
Danny’s grandmother, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), is Mikkos Cassadine’s (the late John Colicos) daughter, while Charlotte’s dad Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is Victor Cassadine’s son. This makes the teens second cousins, however, Danny’s conversation with Alexis may give him a leg to stand on in this great kissing cousins debate.
Danny spun a story about needing to do a school project about his family tree when he asked his grandmother questions about the Cassadine bloodline. But when his questions turned to Charlotte’s Cassadine heritage, Alexis wasn’t stupid. She answered honestly, allowing Danny to realize that there was enough relatives between them that they may be okay to date.

This could easily be a warning for his latest enemies, Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), but it could also be a warning for Danny about the complexities of teenage dating.
