Danny Is Ready To Play Drew
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Kristina (Kate Mansi), and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) got a late Christmas gift when Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) convinced Drew (Cameron Mathison) to let Scout (Cosette Abinante) spend time with her family, but on one condition…Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) wasn’t there.
It was all going so well until Danny unexpectedly stopped by, surprised to see his sister as the siblings happily reunited. And after a little quality time building a “snowperson,” Alexis broke it to her grandson that he needed to leave.
It was hard to watch for those both on-screen and off as Danny said goodbye to his sister and she told everyone she didn’t want him to leave. But the most crucial moments came when each sibling arrived to their separate homes.
While Cody (Josh Kelly) advised Danny to simply make Drew think he was abiding by his cruel terms, Scout admitted to Willow that Danny had been there, to which Willow assured her step-daughter that her secret was safe with her. Willow already admitted she doesn’t truly love Drew, and is only doing anything she can to get her kids back, even if it meant marrying the man who slept with her mother.
As for Danny, the ever easily influenced teen listened to every word Cody said. He realized he doesn’t actually need to stop seeing Scout…he just needs to make Drew think he has, a decision that’s both smart and risky at the same time.
