Anna received a gift during the December 18, 2025 episode of General Hospital, and it was either the last thing she was expecting…or the exact thing she was expecting.
Key Takeaways
- Anna has no idea she’s being held by Sidwell.
- Anna fears Faison has something to do with it.
- Anna found one of Faison’s books, written under the pen name P.K. Sinclair.
Anna Gets A Gift
Since getting mysteriously abducted over a month ago, Anna (Finola Hughes) found herself locked in a room that would’ve been cozy, if it weren’t for the dark window allowing whoever was holding her captive to peek in at any moment.
Only viewers were made aware of Pascal’s (Mark Forget) involvement, letting the audience know that it was indeed Sidwell (Carlo Rota) who is keeping Anna on Spoon Island. Sidwell has certainly done a good job of keeping his threats at bay (and if you ask Dalton (Daniel Goddard), Anna and Maxie (Kirsten Storms) have gotten off easy).
Now, Anna has received a gift that changes everything…and still doesn’t point to Sidwell. When she discovered a wrapped package under the table, she opened it to find a novel. The cover featured a woman who looked an awful lot like her, the book titled The Crystalline Conspiracy.
When Anna opened it the book, she found a note written to her: “For my muse,” it read, signed, “C.” Anna immediately threw the book across the room.

But it was the author who stood out. P.K. Sinclair. That was, of course, the pen name that Faison (Anders Hove) used for his books, but it was also the pen name his son Peter (Wes Ramsey) went by. While all signs point to Faison, could this actually be a hint that Peter is the one calling all the shots? After all, his two siblings, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and Nathan (Ryan Paevey), returned from the dead, so it’s only a matter of time until he joins them.
General Hospital spoilers for December 19 turn the attention to Chase (Josh Swickard), whose life seems to revolve around Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) right now. But tomorrow, he’s about to make two arrests.
