It’s been a minute since Dante has made a ridiculous decision regarding his sons, and now he chose Thanksgiving night to make the worst one of all during the December 3, 2025 episode of General Hospital.

Dante’s Poor Decisions
After a rousing game of flag football, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) sprung it on Rocco (Finn Carr): “I don’t want you hanging out with Gio (Giovanni Mazza) anymore.” It came out of nowhere, shocking both Rocco and Lulu (Alexa Havins).
Being the determined little brother he is, Rocco fought his father on his wrongful decision, reminding Dante that everything that happened was Rocco’s own choices, not Gio’s. But Dante didn’t budge, leading to Rocco finally addressing the fact that Dante walked out on him twice before he walked out himself.
This seemed to be the first time something really hurt Dante, and he realized he had become the dad that walked out on his son; first for a WSB mission, then to treat his post-mission PTSD.
Gio’s Case Just Got Worse
Rocco decided to go to Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) house, declaring he wasn’t going back to his parents. Sonny turned on his stern grandfather mode when he assured Rocco he could stay the night, but walking out on his parents was not the answer.
Everything seemed to have settled down for the family until a knock on the door led to an inadvertent turn of events. When Sonny opened it, in came a herd of dogs of all breeds, along with a smug Gio and Emma (Braedyn Bruner). They had just rescued the pooches from Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) secret lab, and the only place they could bring them was Sonny’s.
Of course, as Ric (Rick Hearst) reminds everyone in the video preview for December 4, Gio and Emma just unknowingly made Rocco an accessory to their crime, among the charges the teen is already facing. If anyone finds out Rocco was there, it will destroy his case, whether Dalton’s there to see it or not.
General Hospital spoilers for December 4 take things back to Sidwell (Carlo Rota), who was presumably at Laura’s (Genie Francis) door at the end of today’s episode. She answered the knock and simply told the person she was expecting them. She’s positive Sidwell is behind dead Dalton’s body in her trunk, and now he’s about to lay out his next power move on the newly re-elected mayor.
