Rick Hearst Joins New Show With Fellow GH Alum

Two General Hospital stars reunite as Rick Hearst joins Nathan Parsons on SINS, a new crime series.

Hearst (Ric) announced the news on Instagram and will play Jack Bellows, an FBI agent while Nathan Parsons (ex-Ethan) plays David Jagger Jr., a serial killer.

Sharing SINs
ADA Sabine Evans (played by Fancy Macelli, who also created the show) has been chasing Parsons’s character for over a decade. She finally has the opportunity to prosecute him in the case of her career – but does she have the right man? Henry Czerny (ex-Conrad, Revenge) also stars as Parson’s father, David Jagger Sr.

Other big name co-stars have been announced. Former CHiPS star, Erik Estrada will play a character named Pete while Brady Bunch matriarch Florence Henderson portrays Lottie Jamison. According to Ginger Wesson, who will be playing another ADA in the show, filming will start in September.

Outside Projects
Hearst has been busy when not on GH. In addition to this new role, he just wrapped a guest stint on Vampire Diaries and shared photos from the set (see below). He was also nominated for a Daytime Emmy for his role of Mr. Ryan on Youthful Daze.

Hearst first joined the soap world as Scotty Banning on Days of Our Lives back in 1989. From there, he went on to his Emmy-winning role of Alan-Michael Spaulding on Guiding Light, Matt Clark on The Young and the Restless, and Whip Jones on The Bold and the Beautiful.
