The General Hospital spoilers video preview for July 18, 2025, focuses on Portia making a declaration, Obrecht wondering what’s up with Willow, and Anna questioning Carly about Joss’s “boyfriend.”
Coming Up in Port Charles
Portia (Brook Kerr) is fired up, and it looks like she’s ready to fight. “I’m taking my power back,” she tells Curtis (Donnell Turner), and she doesn’t hold back. “Drew Cain? He can go straight to hell.” We’ll see if she keeps up this energy to truly go against Drew (Cameron Mathison).
Meanwhile, Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) must have observed or had a conversation with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), because when she reports back to Nina (Cynthia Watros), the news isn’t good. “There is something very wrong with your daughter,” Liesl claims.

Speaking of Willow, she’s on the phone when she asks, “Is there really no room for compromise?” Is she talking to Michael (Rory Gibson) again? If it is, what will she do when he gives her an answer she doesn’t want to hear?
After Jason (Steve Burton) safely delivers Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and Daisy to Robert (Tristan Rogers), Jason makes sure that Sasha knows she’ll be missed. “You’ll always have a home to come back to.”

Back in Port Charles, Anna’s firmly in investigate Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) and Dalton (Daniel Goddard) mode. And she has an important question for Carly (Laura Wright). “How much do you know about Josslyn’s new boyfriend?” Hopefully, this means we’re closer to people finding out that Joss (Eden McCoy) is a WSB agent.
Finally, on Thursday, Anna (Finola Hughes) asked Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) for a favor. On Friday, look for the detective to closely monitor a situation. Is it PCU’s lab and Dalton? Or does he have his eye on Vaughn? “Who the hell are you waiting for?” Dante wonders. If someone does show up, it could provide Anna with some valuable intel.
