While November was a big month for several big names in Port Charles, Soap Hub’s top performer on General Hospital was a no-brainer.
Key Takeaways
- Finn Carr allowed Rocco to stay strong amidst the scariest moment of his life.
- Cameron Mathison makes us all hate Drew more and more with each passing day.
- Daniel Goddard went from drunk Dalton to dead Dalton.
- Genie Francis reminded us all why she’s the Queen of Port Charles.
November 2025 Performer of the Month
The Nominees
Rocco has had quite the emotional year. Between getting his mom back while his step-brother lost his, learning he has a long-lost older brother, and then reuniting with the woman who gave birth to him, it’s enough to send any kid over the edge. Fortunately for Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu (Alexa Havins), Rocco is pretty well-rounded…when he’s not determined to do what’s right, even if it means getting thrown in juvie. Finn Carr gave Rocco the perfect balance of helplessness and strength when he was wrongfully sent to juvie and beaten up.
Drew may be the most hated character on GH, but there’s no denying that Cameron Mathison nails his role. Whether you’re in Port Charles calling him “Congressman Cutthroat” or a viewer referring to him as “Drewfus,” the moment Drew laughed at an ailing Ned (Wally Kurth) and left him there to suffer a heart attack, Mathison seamlessly let Drew stoop to an all-new low.
Many evil sidekicks will spiral out of control until they’re not worth keeping around any longer, and that’s exactly what happened to Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard). After the kids broke into his lab, Dalton went off on both Rocco and his grandmother, starting a him vs. them situation across Port Charles. But what really made Goddard’s performance stand out last month was drunk Dalton. The usually calm, cool, and collected professor melted into a slurred Australian accent when he drowned his sorrows at the bar and blabbed about his secret lab to Joss (Eden McCoy) before getting himself shot through the heart.
The Top Spot
Our top spot goes to a beloved GH legend who remained at the front burner most of the month. The stressful mayoral election and fate of Measure C was enough for Laura to break, but the second she discovered Dalton’s dead body in her trunk, it was undoubtedly her final straw. Genie Francis played Laura’s emotions perfectly with each scene, whether it was the uncertainty of her mayoral career, her joy after winning the re-election, or the utter fear of finding Dalton’s body and allowing Sonny (Maurice Benard) to take care of it. Not to mention, the moment she slapped Dalton was one none of us will forget.
