The Molly/TJ/Kristina Baby Triangle On General Hospital Is All About Sonny, Too

Molly and TJ admit their concern over Kristina's support of Sonny.

Molly, TJ, and Kristina have been involved in this baby triangle for months now on General Hospital, and things have only gotten more rocky for the three. The couple made their feelings for their surrogate clear on the April 25, 2024 episode, and once again, it’s all about Sonny.

Pregnancy Police

TJ (Tajh Bellow) has been openly concerned over Kristina (Kate Mansi, who recently got candid on her decision to freeze her eggs) being his and Molly’s (Kristen Vaganos) surrogate, and things only got worse when he found out Kristina was out late at Brook Lynn’s (Amanda Setton) bachelorette party. Worried over Kristina potentially drinking and getting worked up during her fight with Josslyn (Eden McCoy), TJ admitted to being the “pregnancy police.”

But Molly has been no better than her partner, admitting she would prefer if Kirstina were in bed by 8:00 “with a bottle of spring water in one hand, prenatal vitamins in the other, and a Ruth Bader Ginsburg lecture streaming from her phone.” The two acknowledged that as much as they want those things, it’s not going to happen with Kristina.

Two Corinthoses And A Baby

Kristina’s late night wasn’t TJ’s only issue with their surrogate, however. He admitted to Molly that from the moment they decided to have Kristina carry their baby, he dreaded the idea of Sonny (Maurice Benard) being a part of their lives, seemingly forgetting that Sonny is already part of their family as Molly’s uncle.

Molly understood TJ’s concerns, and they both wondered how Kristina is incapable of seeing Sonny for who he is, TJ pointing out how she’s been running around defending her father to everybody. But Molly assured him that Sonny is neither of their father and won’t be a presence in their lives, much like he isn’t much of a presence in her mom’s. Molly went on to mention the possibility of her having to prosecute Sonny on Anna’s (Finola Hughes) orders, and they both hoped things wouldn’t come to that.
