Molly’s birthday was the last thing on everyone’s minds on the November 14, 2024 episode of General Hospital, but that didn’t stop her from receiving some surprises.
While Molly (Kristen Vaganos) sat alone at Bobbie’s, reading a copy of Little Women and checking her phone for new notifications, she had an unexpected run-in with Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson). He offered her his kind and friendly nature and she confided to him that it was her birthday and everyone she knows forgot.
Once she explained they had good reason with her sister just passing away from a liver transplant surgery, Isaiah quickly realized her sister was Sam (ex-Kelly Monaco). After revealing he was Lulu’s surgeon, the two got to bonding and he sweetly snagged a cupcake and a candle to celebrate her birthday.

With TJ (Tajh Bellow) at the boxing ring confiding in Trina (Tabyana Ali) about his growing distance from Molly, could she be about to find new love in Isaiah?
When Kristina (Kate Mansi) showed up at Bobbie’s and ran into Molly, it was easy to assume the two might go at it, as they always do. But between Sam’s death and Ava’s (Maura West) trial coming up, it seems the two have put aside their differences just like their mom asked them to, and Kristina pulled out a birthday gift for her sister.
Molly received a matching necklace to Kristina’s, and she assured her sister that Sam was also wishing her a happy birthday. When they hugged, Kristina noticed Jason (Steve Burton) walk in and spotted his bruised hand from punching Drew (Cameron Mathison), noticeably wondering what Jason had been up to.
