The Willow/Drew/Michael mess is only getting messier after Michael’s and Willow’s decisions sparked consequences on the November 11, 2024 episode of General Hospital.
Despite being told more than once by Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) to stay away from her, Drew (Cameron Mathison) was back at her door after finding one of her earrings on the nursery floor. She said yet again that he couldn’t be at her house, but he claimed to be able to see past her words, knowing she secretly wanted him there.

Drew’s persistence with Willow would come off as creepy if she wasn’t so easily swayed by him, and it wasn’t long until the pair had no space between them as Willow held a hand to his face. Michael arrived home just in time for the show, and after peeking in to see his wife with his uncle yet again, he sprung into action by calling Diane (Carolyn Hennesy).
Meanwhile, after the kidnapping and explosion led to Sasha’s hurt shoulder, she went to GH to get checked out, while Holly (Emma Samms) literally checked out, deciding to leave Port Charles with the help of Brennan (Charles Mesure). But her mother taking off became the best of Sasha’s worries when the doctor asked if there was any chance she could be pregnant before ordering x-rays. Sasha immediately said no, but after remembering her drunken fling with Michael, quickly declined the x-rays.
This leads to the classic soap trope of cheating and unexpected pregnancies (something Days of our Lives may be doing right now as well). Not only did Michael sleep with Sasha, but he just recently slept with Willow after initially forgiving her for kissing Drew. Pair that with Willow immediately sleeping with Drew, and we’ve got a classic case of who’s-the-father for Willow and possibly double the pregnancy shock for Michael.
