Lucky’s Home On September 30 General Hospital… But Is He In Time To Save Lulu?

It was a big day for The Spencers and company as Lucky finally came home on the September 30, 2024 episode of General Hospital.

Home Not-So-Sweet Home

Lucky’s (Jonathan Jackson) first stop was the hospital, where he met Portia (Brook Kerr) and Terry (Cassandra James) before undergoing tests to determine whether he was a match to save his sister. With Jason (Steve Burton) by his side, he admitted how strange it felt to be back in Port Charles, and Jason assured him he could relate.

Over at Elizabeth’s (Rebecca Herbst) house, before Aiden (Colin Cassidy, who made his GH debut) went off to school, Elizabeth told her son about Lucky’s impending arrival. He assumed his father was only back for Lulu, and told his mother he was glad to be her son.

Results Are In

As Lucky sat by his sister’s bedside and thought back to talking to her as a baby with a 90s flashback, he wondered if he could have prevented her accident if he had just stay in Port Charles instead of running away from his family, while Terry visited Elizabeth to warn her that Lucky was at GH.

Later, Terry returned to work and was shown Lucky’s test results, learning he was a match to save Lulu. Lucky had already left the hospital and went to Bobbie’s, where he peeked inside and spotted Elizabeth at the counter. When Elizabeth turned around, she was faced with the man she had mixed feelings for.

While GH will be preempted on October 1 and October 2, the preview for October 3 teases Lucky and Elizabeth finally talking, where Lucky will assure her he won’t make any promises to his son that he can’t keep.
